      UK SHIPPING
       
      • Cost - Just £1.99 (free for orders over £25)

      • Sent First Class (First Class Signed For if over £50)
         
      • Most items are delivered in 1-3 working days (most arrive within 1-3 working days, working days are Monday-Friday). If your item says 'Sustainabilty Alert' at the top and is screen printed to order/shipped directly from the manufacturer it may take 10 days or more to receive your order. So please be patient! If you order a mixture of items they will arrive separately and you will receive the screen printed to order items last.

      • For standard orders shipped from us, we have to wait 10 working days to mark your order as 'lost' - these are Royal Mail's policies not ours. PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO COVID-19, FIRST CLASS ORDERS ARE TAKING ON OCCASION UP TO 2 WEEKS TO BE DELIVERED. PLEASE BEAR THIS IN MIND WHEN YOU ORDER AND WHEN YOU CONTACT US TO ASK WHERE YOUR ORDER IS.
      • Dispatched the next working day after you order (except during busy periods or during adverse weather) except for our Sustainable products which are dispatched 3 working days after you order.
      • Signature required on delivery on orders over £50 
      • Missed your delivery? Rearrange online via your tracking link or collect using the calling card left (you have a limited time to do this)

      • Delivery going to a work address? Once it's signed for we consider this as delivered and won’t take any further enquiries on delivery

      • We need to be informed within a month of your order being dispatched if your order hasn't arrived, for a refund or a replacement to be offered.

       
      INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

      • Europe - £12

      • Rest of World - £15

      • Delivery to Ireland and Mainland Europe in 5-10 working days
      • Delivery to the Rest of the World in 7-25 working days (most arrive in 7-10 working days).  If you order a mixture of our items and our 'screen printed to order' items they will arrive separately and you will receive the screen printed to order items last.

      • We can't mark any International items as 'lost' until 25 working days from dispatch have passed

      • Any incoming duty costs are your responsibility to pay. Customers in the EU as well as the Rest of the World have to pay Duty and/or VAT on their orders and packages may be held by your local post office until fees are paid. We do not pay VAT on your behalf, so this will need to be paid by you at your local country's rate. If orders are returned to us as Duty or Vat had not been paid, we will auto refund your order, less postage costs paid.

      We recommend you track your delivery daily for International orders to check on it's progress. You may have to click through to your local carrier via our tracking link for up to date info. It can take several days for items to clear customs and therefore tracking may not be readily updated by the postal service.

      For all orders:

      We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays. Please note the above is an estimate on delivery times only.

      If an item won't fit through your letterbox it may be taken to your sorting office. If you don't pick this up and it's sent back to us as undelivered, we will automatically issue you a refund for the products purchased (not your postage costs). Unfortunately as a small business we can't send orders out twice. The same goes for incomplete postal addresses - please make sure your delivery address is correct before submitting your order.
