  • 1st Class Shipping is £2.49, 2nd Class Shipping is £1.99

  • Free Tracked 24 shipping for orders over £40
     
  • Most items are delivered in 1-3 working days for 1st Class and 3-5 working days for 2nd Class (most arrive sooner than this, working days are Monday-Friday)

  • We have to wait 10 working days to mark your order as 'lost' - this doesn't include strike days - these are Royal Mail's policies not ours

  • Orders are not always dispatched the same day you order

  • We may send orders via Evri or Yodel during busy periods.

TRACKABLE UK DELIVERY

  • Tracked 24 aims to deliver in 24 hours, Tracked 48 aims to deliver in 2-3 days. Neither are guaranteed like Special Delivery but are fully trackable services.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY (this is not available all the time due to being at outdoor events)

  • Cost - £8

  • Sent with Royal Mail Special Delivery

  • Order by 2.30pm Mon-Fri and we'll dispatch the same day for delivery the next working day - this is not guaranteed for delivery on weekends this is a next working day service. Order after 2.30pm and you order will be dispatched the next working day for delivery the day after.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Europe - £12.50

  • Rest of World - £16

  • Delivery to Ireland and Mainland Europe in 5-10 working days
  • Delivery to the Rest of the World in 7-25 working days (most arrive in 10-12 working days). 

  • We can't mark any International items as 'lost' until 25 working days from dispatch have passed

  • Any incoming duty costs are your responsibility to pay. Customers in the EU as well as the Rest of the World have to pay Duty and/or VAT on their orders and packages may be held by your local post office until fees are paid. We do not pay VAT on your behalf, so this will need to be paid by you at your local country's rate. If orders are returned to us as Duty or Vat had not been paid, we will auto refund your order, less postage costs paid.

We recommend you track your delivery daily for International orders to check on it's progress. You may have to click through to your local carrier via our tracking link for up to date info. It can take several days for items to clear customs and therefore tracking may not be readily updated by the postal service.

For all orders:

  • Missed your delivery? Rearrange online via your tracking link or collect using the calling card left (you have a limited time to do this)

  • Delivery going to a work address? Once it's signed for we consider this as delivered and won’t take any further enquiries on delivery

  • We need to be informed within a month of your order being dispatched if your order hasn't arrived, for a refund or a replacement to be offered.


We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays. Please note the above is an estimate on delivery times only.

If an item won't fit through your letterbox it may be taken to your sorting office. If you don't pick this up and it's sent back to us as undelivered, we will automatically issue you a refund for the products purchased (not your postage costs). Unfortunately as a small business we can't send orders out twice. The same goes for incomplete postal addresses - please make sure your delivery address is correct before submitting your order. If you place multiple orders we may combine these into the same parcel - if we do this we will not refund your postage costs therefore we recommend making one order in total.
