Which is the best size harness/collar for my dog?

As all dogs are different shapes and sizes, even the same breed can differ from dog to dog, we advise you check the size chart on each product and measure your dog. As we offer different types of harnesses they differ in size so a medium our step-ins is not the same as a medium in a Go Explore for example. If you need help on measuring get in touch!

If something doesn't fit can I send it back?

Where do you ship to?

We ship across the UK, USA, Australia and selected European countries. See our shipping page here for more info. We're currently not shipping to Northern Ireland or EU countries.

Do you have any discount codes?

We do offer codes sometimes yes - some of our codes you'll find on our social media pages which are linked at the bottom of our website, and some codes will be exclusive to those signed up to the Pops & Coco Club. We recommend following us on Instagram and signing up with us to get the best codes!

Do you accept Klarna?

Yes we do. Pay Later With Klarna offers 3 payments at 0% interest with Klarna and Get 30 Days To Pay. You may not see both options, this is dependent on your acceptance criteria with Klarna. Can I come into your office to try and buy?

We aren't open to the public on a regular basis but if you're local and want to pop in to try something on or swap an item over that's fine, just get in touch with us prior so we can arrange a time as we are often out and about at shows.
