All of our products here at Pops & Coco are made either in house by us, or by a third party. All items are made to a high standard. However, accessories are not indestructible and you should not leave your dog unattended with any dog toy or other accessory. We do not take responsibility for ill-fitting products as every dog is different and sizes can vary between different collections and across other brands. We provide size charts to assist in fitting or an in person service at our outdoor events. If you need help, drop us a message!

Whilst every care is made whilst manufacturing our products we do not recommend the use of the D rings on our coats to be used by dogs larger than 10kg or those who excessively pull. Our products are suitable for all sorts of dogs but we don't advise using on forceful or aggressive pullers. We accept no legal responsibility for the use or misuse of our products.

We do not accept liability for damage to D rings or the fabric on any of our products unless a fault is present. Our Go Explore range is much more robust than our Fully Adjustable range and our Chest Adjustable range is not recommended for large weighty dogs. All items are made from cotton, polyester, nylon or similar materials and these are not indestructible. We will not be held responsible for your dog chewing and/or ripping apart toys, harnesses, leads or similar.

Colours may vary across our product range compared to what you see on your screen due to differences in definition from device to device. Our harness patterns will vary slightly from harness to harness too as they are stitched from one piece of fabric. 

Whilst our harnesses and coats and jumpers can be machine washed at 30 degrees and under, handwashing will extend the life of your items. We do not recommend tumble drying any of our products.

Please check our size charts on each product page and measure your dog before purchasing. Different style harnesses will differ in size even if for example they’re both called “XS”.  

End of Line and Oopsie items are non exchangeable and non refundable and they will be clearly marked as so. We do offer an exchange service but we may only exchange once and we will charge if there is an increase in price to the next size. Exchanges are not send out first class.
