Returning an item
We know sometimes it's hard to choose the right size for your pet. Even the best of us find it hard to measure a very wriggly dog or cat! So we are happy to exchange items to a bigger or smaller size for you (stock dependent). We are also happy to simply refund you if the item isn't quite right for you, or something is damaged which we hope is never the case.
Some of our items are priced differently from size to size or you may have bought an item in a sale and it now isn't in the sale. If the item you want to exchange to is higher in price than your original item we will have to charge you the difference. Unfortunately we don't refund if the new item is less in price however as this covers our exchange postage costs.
As a small business though we can't offer free returns, so returns are at your own cost. We advise sending items back tracked or getting a proof of postage in case they go missing. Our address for exchanges and returns is:

If you want to exchange it is quicker to return your item for a refund and re-order the new size you would like, we advise this at times like Black Friday and Christmas when we may sell out of certain items and sizes and we can't guarantee the size you want will still be in stock when we receive your exchange.
Please include a note with your return detailing your order number and if exchanging, what size you want to exchange to. If the size you want isn't in stock we will contact you to discuss other options. Exchanges will be sent out Tracked 48 with Royal Mail. Please send items back within 14 days of delivery. There is no need to email us first.
Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receiving your items back to your original payment method, not including any postage costs you originally paid. Your refund is for the products only, unless of course it was damaged.
Items sent back for return or exchange must be in their original packaging where applicable, and in resalable condition with no wear or tear or visible usage including pet hair. If an items comes back which is dirty or worn we will contact you via email and then you will need to pay to have it sent back to you.

By purchasing an item from our Oopsie Section you agree that you purchase/s are NON REFUNDABLE. These are FINAL SALE items and are heavily discounted due to design or appearance issues. Images supplied where there are multiple items are taken from a sample of items as example images and may not be exactly the same as the one you receive. We do not exchange or refund if you purchase the wrong size so please be sure you have selected the right size before you purchase.
