If you live in most ME or TN postcodes we offer a reduced shipping rate of 99p. If you want your order hand delivered we can do this within 3 working days. Otherwise your item will be posted Second Class if it's a large letter or Tracked 48 if it's a parcel. If you want hand delivery leave a note with your order. One of the Pops & Coco team will deliver straight to your door, so if you want to order more than one size to try on your doggy while we wait, you can (if we're able to park up)! Just add a note to you order. You can save on postage costs, avoid strikes and know exactly when your delivery is coming.

We deliver within 3 working days after ordering. If you want us to come on a specific day/time please add this in the order notes.

Please note: items for refunds will need to be posted back or dropped into our office. Items for exchange can be exchanged via post or in person at our office, unfortunately we can't offer local delivery twice for the same order due to escalating petrol costs. It's always best to tell us pre delivery if you're unsure on sizing and ask us to bring alternatives to try at the door.
